I do have quite a collection of freshwater pearls, the magpie in me finds them difficult to pass. There are endless different colours, many of which are dyed – electric blue, acid yellow, deep maroon – all of which are beautiful and perfect for co-ordinating with fabrics and other gemstones. The freshwater pearls that always amaze me the most though, are the ones that are just their natural colour – to think that a shellfish made them like that!
The freshwater pearls in this bracelet are un-dyed and are naturally a beautiful blush pale peach and for freshwater pearls they are remarkably smooth and round. The are also so tactile! I’ve linked them together using sterling silver wire.
This pretty freshwater pearl bracelet is perfect for a bride but will also look brilliant with a shirt and jeans.
